What you need to do:

1. Know the Rules

   • By making the reservation you are acknowledging you've read the rules (see below)

2. Make your reservation here

   • All reservations and payments ($20+$1.50 service charge)

   • Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

   • All available reservation dates are listed, and date slots will NOT be modified.

3. Families must furnish their own labor, paint, and supplies. 

   • YOU are responsible for painting the rock OR hiring someone to do it for you (list below).​

   • Your reservation is from 4 PM the day before your reserved date until 3:59 PM the day of your reservation.

   • If you are unable to paint the rock on schedule according to your reservation (due to schedule conflict or forgetfulness), please try to trade with another family at the school.

   • PTCO does NOT refund reservations. So please MARK YOUR CALENDAR!

4. In the event, there is inclement weather, please email treasurer@aceptco.com for the next available open reservation. The PTCO will only complete this request if notified.​

Your reservation is from 4 PM the day before your reserved date until 3:59 PM the day of your reservation. (For example, if you reserve a rock for a Tuesday, you may start painting at 4 PM on Monday.)

If no one has signed up for the days after yours, your painting can stay on the rock for a few extra days!

Let's keep our school rock a place of kindness and inspiration! Here are some simple rules for painting the rock:

• Good Vibes Only: Use words and pictures that are positive, caring, and make everyone feel welcome.
• Respectful Messages: No foul language, put-downs, or symbols that could hurt someone's feelings.
• No Politics or Religion: We want everyone to feel included, so let's keep these topics off the rock.

Remember: The rock is for everyone to enjoy! Let's use it to share smiles and spread good cheer throughout our school.

GUIDELINES:

• NO SPRAY PAINT IS ALLOWED ON CAMPUS PER ADMINISTRATION. 
• Please use only “standard” latex or water-based acrylic paint on the rock…no puffy paint, no glue, no chemicals, no oil-based paint, etc. 
• ONLY the rock can be painted. Painting on sidewalks, lamp posts, or buildings is prohibited.
